COMMON CLOWNFISH
Three black-edged white bands cross the bright yellow-orange body of the Common Clownfish. The central band projects forward along the midline. All fins are rounded and share the body coloration; they are marked with black and white outlines. The center of the eye is black, and the head is rather blunt. HABITAT Coral reefs throughout the Indo-Pacific, from Sri Lanka to the Philippines, and northern Australia. REMARK This fish will chase other fish from its chosen territory.
